Safety is our number-one priority at The Better Sleep Center, and our dentist and team utilize leading-edge infection control measures in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. We want to ensure the safety of our patients and our team. During your visit, Dr. Martin Goebbel and our team will use personal protective equipment, such as gloves, masks and eyewear, to ensure your well-being. Instruments that can be sterilized are autoclaved or placed in a dry heat oven. One-time-use instruments or items that cannot be cleaned are disposed of as per the standards of the Environmental Protection Agency. We also use hospital-grade cleaners to ensure that our operatories are properly disinfected.
Our operatories are all equipped with laminar flow air, or negative pressure, systems to contain any airborne health threats, and they are thoroughly cleaned between every appointment with tuberculocidal and virucidal disinfectants. In addition to our cleaning protocols, we also fog every treatment room between patients and fog the entire building at the end of each day.
